Brianne brings a rich background of playing and coaching experience to our program. After graduating from Drexel University, where she was a standout player, she immediately transitioned into coaching. Her career began as a Graduate Assistant Coach at LaSalle University, focusing on infielders and hitting. Within a year, she became the youngest Head Softball Coach in NCAA history, leading LaSalle for five years.
Post-LaSalle, she continued shaping players as a volunteer assistant at both Temple University and Drexel University, further solidifying her reputation as a leader in collegiate softball.
As a player at Drexel, Brianne excelled as a third baseman and utility player, occasionally stepping in at shortstop and catcher. A two-year captain, she earned All-CAA honors and led all conference third basemen in home runs, RBI, and slugging percentage. She graduated holding career records for walks and home runs, ranked in the top 20 for career hits, and earned team MVP honors in her freshman and senior years.
Before Drexel, she was a four-year varsity starter and two-time captain at Conwell-Egan Catholic High School, leading her team to three Catholic League Championships. Her exceptional high school career earned her induction into the Conwell-Egan Catholic Hall of Fame in 2017. She also competed at an elite level with the Pennsylvania Blazing Angels Gold, showcasing her skills across the country.
One of her favorite playing memories was stepping onto the field at the iconic Hall of Fame Stadium in Oklahoma City, an experience she treasures.
As a coach, Brianne prioritizes discipline, hard work, and accountability, fostering confidence and resilience in her players. She leads with composure, respect, and positivity, teaching players not only the fundamentals of softball but also the importance of teamwork, leadership, and perseverance—skills that transcend the field. Her motto, "Train hard, respect all, grow always," embodies her dedication to developing well-rounded athletes.
