Welcome to our virtual lesson program for pitchers!  Don't let location or busy schedules stand in your way! This program is perfect for pitchers who may not live within our location, for busy families who find it hard to stay consistent with in-person lessons, players who are away at college or for pitchers who want a little extra work!

Whatever the reason, we are so happy to have you here and look forward to working with you to help you achieve your goals!

Our virtual program is the perfect option that works around your own schedule!

• Each pitcher has access to her own online portfolio where they'll upload their pitching videos.

• Our coaches then analyze these videos by providing a combination of the following:

  • Voice-over videos hyperlinked which stop or slow the video to provide precise feedback. ​

  • Typed notes to be reviewed at your convenience.

  • Typed Drills and/or videos of drills for a precise & focused practice.

  • Pitchers have the option for a Zoom conference weekly to review these notes with their coach for that week! Pitchers may forgo these conferences, however; we do require at least two zoom calls be attended per month so we can check-in.

What Else?

• TIME MANAGEMENT: Coaches work with players to help create a better practice routine.

​

• ACCOUNTABILITY: Pitchers are held accountable to practice each week because they have to upload their videos weekly! While this program allows the freedom to decide WHEN these drills are practiced, there is still a weekly deadline!

​

• EMPOWERMENT: Coaches also work on developing a better "pitcher's mindset." Being a pitcher is a lot of stress because the focus is ON YOU which means, added pressure! Innovative coaches help pitchers build resilience by working through any struggles & road-blocks that may occur. Together, they will develop strategies to not only manage their stress & anxiety, but to also help lessen the negative effects it creates.

• GOAL TRACKING: The importance of setting goals will be discuss as well as HOW to set goals that are actually attainable.  This further helps to set our pitchers up for success and feel a sense of pride!

ARE THEIR ANY REQUIREMENTS?

• We do require our pitchers to be serious about their dedication.  This only works if they do the work!

• While there are no age-requirements, pitchers must be able to follow along with the notes and stay focused during Zoom calls.  It is very important the coach is able to speak with the pitcher, not just the parent.

OTHER QUESTIONS:

• Can we set this up with a few players as a small-group session?

  • Yes. While players will not receive as much 1-1, it is still very beneficial, especially when discussing practice routines, holding one another accountable, and discussing our Empowerment topics for pitchers to realize they are not alone with the difficulties they face!​

​

• Is this a subscription?

  • No. We do offer a FREE 20-minute zoom call to first meet and ensure it is a good fit for both pitcher and coach! We will discuss the overview of how the program works & will help with onboarding into our program! These are a month to month plan.  While we do not automatically enroll pitchers, we do require 1-month dedication to help ensure results.​
