Coach Laurie Ramos (Rooney) is an Audubon HS graduate where she played varsity softball and played competitive ball SJ Rage. When she wasn’t found on the mound, she played 3rd base and outfield. 

Laurie went on to continue playing both softball and lacrosse for Lycoming College.  

 

From there, Coach Laurie was the assistant coach for Camden County College for two years and worked specifically with the pitching staff.

She has extensive knowledge and utilizes many drills to help pitchers reach their greatest potential. 

Laurie is a positive coach who always has words of encouragement to offer her players.

 

What sets Laurie apart is her calm demeanor and presence. Aside from being a softball instructor for Innovative Fastpitch, Laurie is also a certified yoga instructor. She helps her girls to understand the importance of breath, stretching and balance to help assist with their core strength as a pitcher.
